Allowing Escape Rooms for Teachers on a school network
Escape Rooms for Teachers is a set of standards-aligned math and reading escape rooms. K-8 teachers assign them to students with a class code. There are no ads and no chat. Students do not create accounts or give an email address. They type a first name to join their teacher's class.
The domain was registered in September 2026, so some web filters have not put it in a category yet. Filters set to block uncategorized sites will block it until it is rated or allowed.
Domains to allow
- escaperooms.school (and www.escaperooms.school). This is the only domain students need.
- escaperoom-lilac.vercel.app, the same site on its hosting address. Teachers can use it as a backup link.
- wsjsvgrlwphyvzqzknvn.supabase.co, used only when a teacher resets a password. Students never load it.
Suggested category: Education (or Educational Games).
Where to check or change the category
- Lightspeed, GoGuardian, Securly: look the domain up in your admin console and add it to your allow list, or request a recategorization from inside the console.
- Zscaler: Site Review only accepts requests from customer networks, so please submit escaperooms.school for Education from inside your Zscaler tenant.
- Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Symantec: we are asking these vendors to rate the site Education. Until that rating reaches your filter, an allow-list entry is the fastest fix.
